Beer Bread

Beer bread is an easy to bake classic requiring no yeast, no kneading and needs no proofing! And you can use any type of beer or lager you have in the cupboard - it tastes amazing with all. It’s one of those bakes that you can whip up from cupboard staples anytime you need a tasty lunch. And it tastes incredible warm and generously buttered!

This recipe was created in collaboration with Homepride using their Superior Sponge Pre-Sieved Flour.

You will need a 2lb loaf tin for this recipe, along with a large bowl and whisk. You may use a stand mixer or a standard hand whisk will work just as well!
